Short sport biography:

Began climbing on rock at the age of two and a half, in 1993.

Began climbing on plastic at the age of four, in December 1994.

Participated in his first climbing competition in January 1995.

Won first time in a climbing competition on the 8th of September 1996.

He has been trained and competed regurarely since September 1996.

Participated in 151 officially organized competitions till now, standing on the podium 264 times! He won 28 first places in the ”men’s open” category in Hungary!

He was in the first ten 305 times and only 8 times he failed to do so.

His results: 190 first places; 44 second places; 30 third places

His trophies: 208 diplomas

197 medals: 137 gold medals; 37 silver medals; 23 bronze medals

The HMSA honoured him with the title”The Best Climber on Rock of the Year 2002”; because he climbed 66 routes in that year with three 7b on sights and a hard 8a+ red point. The awarding ceremony was in the Petőfi Hall before the programme: "The Best Films of the Banff Mountain Film Festival”.
